GENERAL CONDITIONS

In the interest of passing an enjoyable holiday, we ask the children to be in possession of their forfait tickets, lessons cards and lift passes.

When you book either a collective or an individual lesson, you reserve a place that cannot be taken by anyone else so we advise you that you cannot re-imburse if you are absent due to sickness, bad weather or failure of lifts.

The purchase of a lesson means you accept the general conditions. 

  • INDIVIDUAL LESSON

The instructors will wait 20 minutes, after that we consider the lesson as lost. Any lesson that isn't cancelled 24 hours in advance must be paid for. 

The participation of a lesson does not include insurance, the children are not insured by the ESF (French Ski School). Skiing involves risk which is not taken away by the presence of an instructor.

Consequently, we ask you to ensure that your valid, personal insurance or those bought at the station cover :

  • Civil responsability (if you cause an accident)

  • Evacuation in case of emergency (costs to get you home)

WATCH OUT : FOR OFF PISTE, FREERIDE, SNOWBOARD... help is more expensive!

  • Re-imbursement of ski lessons for all conditions.

  • Check insurance cover!
