SNOWBOARDING

Ever since the 90's when the snowboard appeared on our slopes, the number of people hasn't stopped growing... There exists lots of different forms of this sport : freestyle, freeride, carving...

Since 1998 : it has become part of the Olympic Games and so it has became part of the Olympic Games and so it has became a big part of snow sports.

SO!!!!... Children or Adults, do not hesitate and como to discover the super sensations of snowboarding in total safety.

You don't need to be a skieur or to be a snowboarder.

To let you practice or learn snow boarding, the ESF teachers give, during the school holidays group lessons spread out over 3 days (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and/or Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

For group lessons, the group will be distributed according to the real level after valuations.

INDIVIDUAL LESSONS SNOWBOARD RESERVATION.

For private the prices are the same as ski lessons.

A FEW HINTS BEFORE TRAINING OFF

  • Particular lesson : we advise you at least 2 hours in a row to profit highly of the benefit of your instructor

  • Still for beginners : take your rollerblade wrist protections

  • Do not forget what your front foot is : usually right handers put their left foot in front (Regular) and the other way round for the left handers.

  • Good gloves and goggles are recommanded

THE LEVELS

Determiner your level

  • Beginners : I've never got on a snowboard

  • 1st SURF : I can go down on a green or a blue slopes frontside and backside without any problem

  • 2nd SURF : I can go down a blue or red slopes

  • 3rd SURF : I can go down a red or black slopes

  • Expert Surfer : I can manage the other ones and I want to be good on all types of snow and have some style... in freeride, carving and why not in freestyle.
